Because the breaker has a fast reciprocating impact movement, the oil return speed is fast and the relative pulse is large, which causes the hydraulic oil to age faster. Therefore, the excavator needs to be properly maintained. Proper use can effectively extend the use of the hydraulic system life.

1. Use a high-quality breaker
Inferior breaking hammers are prone to problems due to design, manufacturing, inspection and other links, and the failure rate is high during use, which is more likely to cause damage to the excavator;

2. Proper engine speed (medium throttle)
Because the breaking hammer has low requirements for working pressure and flow (such as a 20-ton excavator, working pressure 160-180KG, flow 140-180L/MIN), it can work at a medium throttle; if it works at a high throttle, it will not increase the blow It will cause the hydraulic oil to heat up abnormally, which will also cause great damage to the hydraulic system;

3. The correct posture, frequency and quantity of butter
Be sure to replenish the lubricating grease in the state of steel brazing and straightening, and add it every 2 hours.
If the lubricating grease is added in the suspended state of the steel drill, the grease will enter the striking chamber, and abnormal high pressure oil will enter the hydraulic system and damage the hydraulic pump during the striking.

4. Hydraulic oil volume and pollution status
As hydraulic oil pollution is one of the main causes of hydraulic pump failures, the pollution status of hydraulic oil should be confirmed in time. (Change the hydraulic oil in 600 hours, and replace the core in 100 hours).
Lack of hydraulic oil will cause cavitation and cause hydraulic pump failure, breaker piston cylinder strain, etc.; Suggestion: check the oil level before use every day;

5. Replace the oil seal in time
The oil seal is a vulnerable part. It is recommended that the breaker work for about 600-800 hours, and the breaker oil seal should be replaced once; when the oil seal leaks, the oil seal must be stopped immediately, and the oil seal must be replaced. Otherwise, side dust will easily enter the hydraulic system, damage the hydraulic system, and damage the hydraulic pump ;

6. Keep the pipeline clean
When installing the breaker pipeline, it must be thoroughly cleaned, and the inlet and return oil lines must be cyclically connected; when replacing the bucket, the breaker pipeline must be blocked to keep the pipeline clean;
Sand and other debris can easily damage the hydraulic pump after entering the hydraulic system;

7. The hydraulic system should be preheated before use.
Because the hydraulic oil from the upper part of the breaker will flow to the lower part when the breaker is parked, it is recommended to operate with a small throttle at the beginning of use every day. After the oil film of the piston cylinder of the breaker is formed, use the medium throttle for operation to protect Excavator hydraulic system;

8. The breaker used for demolition is more frequent than the breaker used in the mine, and the main pump is damaged more frequently
Because dust is easy to enter the hammer cylinder along the steel drill, causing contamination and rapid aging of the hydraulic oil, it is recommended to install an oil return filter element in the oil return line.

Precautions：

1. Dry driving will not only cause the oil temperature to rise, but also produce abnormal vibrations that will cause impurities to enter the rigid body of the breaker, so it is strictly forbidden to dry.

2. When storing the breaker for a long period of time, the steel drill should be removed first, and the nitrogen in the upper cylinder should be released to push the piston to the end to avoid exposed part of the piston to rust or damage the main pump.
